Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Online Administrator to lead SharePoint transformation projects, focusing on data optimization, automation, and governance. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless transitions to efficient SharePoint environments, leveraging PowerShell scripting and automation to enhance workflows and data governance.

Responsibilities:

• Administering, configuring, and managing SharePoint Online environments for optimal performance and compliance.
• Developing and implementing data classification and tagging strategies to enhance document discoverability.
• Structuring and organizing folder-level data for efficient document management.
• Generating reports on document ownership and organizational structure for business insights.
• Designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Monitoring and enforcing SharePoint Online security and compliance policies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to tailor SharePoint solutions to business needs.
• Troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues and working closely with IT support teams.
• Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and user provisioning.
• Ensuring proper data migration, backup, and disaster recovery strategies for SharePoint Online.
• Providing end-user training and documentation on SharePoint best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator with deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture and best practices.
• Expertise in data identification, metadata tagging, and folder structuring for document management.
• Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and data management.
• Knowledge of SharePoint governance, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and related automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in SharePoint Online environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate or similar certification.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell PnP modules for SharePoint Online.
• Prior experience with enterprise-level SharePoint implementations.
