Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with leadership skills to participate in pre-sales and discovery phases of AI projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of starting projects from scratch, leading teams, and driving AI solutions using LLMs and NLP. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to building an AI community from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in pre-sales and discovery phases, helping shape AI project roadmaps.
• Lead AI projects from inception, setting up best practices and team structures.
• Develop and optimize LLM applications for various tasks, including classification, NER, summarization, sentiment analysis, and question answering.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and stay updated on best practices in the field.
• Utilize LangChain, LlamaIndex, Chain of Thoughts, and other advanced AI methodologies.
• Work with word and sentence embeddings, vector search, and vector databases, optimizing performance.
• Implement document chunking techniques and fine-tune transformer-based NLP models.
• Develop AI agents and tools for enhanced automation and intelligent processing.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and NLP technologies.
• Strong understanding of transformer models, tokenization, attention mechanisms, and embeddings.
• Experience with vector databases and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience in LLM application development and integration.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and set up AI workflows.
